The initiative includes solo performances such as Wong Chin Foo, a comic book, a short film, and a play that had its Off-Broadway world premiere in April 2022, and proposals for a documentary, feature film, and TV series. Educational materials including coursework and the play's script will become part of the school and college curriculum especially as states increasingly mandate Asian-American studies. "Citizen Wong" will serve as an essential resource for thought leaders, teachers, and students, and help to shift the paradigm of Americans toward “a more perfect union” that embraces diversity.
